Dear Cousins,

We, the Lippard Reunion Committee, are very pleased that you all are interested in participating in our Labor Day Weekend, 2014, 1865-1940 educational family reunion. We look forward to seeing you then. This is the final message you will receive from us before the reunion unless we regretfully notify you that you are not among the first 100 people to respond with payment. If that should be the case, we will notify you that we have already reached the limit of the 100 people whom our facilities will accommodate. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions at the phone numbers and email addresses listed on this website. We have also added to our website photos of our group in NC in 2001, in Harper's Ferry, WVA, in 2006, and a Lippard family reunion photo for Eva Margaret Lippard's 100th birthday.

The cost per person for this reunion (from late Friday afternoon through lunch on Monday) is $125.00 for each adult and $70. for each child under 12 years of age. This fee covers all meeting facilities, handouts, events, six meals (complimentary hot, cooked to order breakfast for guests at the Hilton Garden Inn), from Friday afternoon through Monday lunch. It does not include your transportation to and from the Hilton in Mooresville and your home, nor does it include your motel room if you are staying there. You must make your own reservation for the motel room by calling the Hilton Garden Inn directly at 704-663-6468 (not the national 1-800 number). Please note that when making your reservation, you MUST state that you are requesting an "in-house reservation for the Lippard Family Reunion" in order to qualify for the special nightly rate of $109. plus taxes which we have negotiated with the management. Reservations at this price must be made by three weeks before the reunion; after that the rates will revert to the usual holiday level. We suggest making your reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn and registering with Buddy Lippard as soon as possible.

Check in time at the Hilton Garden Inn is by 3 p.m. We will begin gathering in the Lounge outside the Hilton party room at 3:30 p.m. to get name tags, place cards, and reunion handbooks and to socialize. We will have access to the party room by 4:00 p.m. Do not bring any of your own food or beverage including alcohol into the meeting room. A buy your own alcohol bar is available near the meeting room. Bring with you to set up in the party room any Lippard photos, documents, or other family artifacts (1865 to 1940) to share with all of us. Put your place card at a place at a seat at one of the tables to reserve your seat; then enjoy the displays and explain your own to others as you meet both "old" and "new" Lippard cousins. Our program will begin at 4:45; our buffet dinner will be served from 6-8 (to allow for late arrivals), but our program will resume at 7:00.

To ensure your being among the first 100 people to register, PLEASE MAIL (POSTAL) this lower portion of this form AND your check for $125.00 per adult ($70. for children under the age of 12) made payable to Lippard Family Reunion as soon as possible BEFORE the deadline of June 1, 2014, to:
